The debate club at St. Clare Konza girls catholic school stands as a beacon of intellectual engagement and personal growth. It is a space where student come together to sharpen their critical thinking and public speaking skills. This year especially this term, our club has seen an exciting increase in membership, with students eager to engage in meaningful discussions on various topics, from pressing social issues to critical environmental challenges.
Through weekly meetings and practice sessions, members learn the art of argumentation, research and effective communication. The club provides a supportive environment where students can express their peers and their ideas confidentially, challenge their peers and their ideas confidently, challenge their peers and develop a deeper understanding of diverse perspectives.
Participating in the weekly debates not only enhances our students analytical and critical thinking but also fosters teamwork among the students .we are proud our accomplishments this year ,including participating in inter-class competion where our girls have showcased their talents. The debate club remains an integral part of our school community, empowering our girls to become articulate leaders of tomorrow.
